Dr. Ayodotun is the founding Chief Executive Officer of EAA
Associates Ltd and the driving force behind the firm's strategic
direction in environmental advisory and ecological restoration
across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. With over a decade of
hands-on expertise in environmental impact assessment, climate
risk planning, biodiversity conservation, and regulatory
compliance, he has led more than 40 structured environmental
engagements spanning government, healthcare, real estate, and
development finance sectors.
Under his leadership, EAA pioneered Africa's first indoor
Butterfly Garden Conservation Initiative and has delivered 300+
acres of ecological restoration. He serves as the principal
advisor on major EIA assignments and oversees all strategic
client partnerships, ensuring that scientific rigour, regulatory
alignment, and long-term sustainability are at the core of every
project EAA undertakes.

Leads EAA's international partnerships and North American operations, specialising in cross-border environmental policy alignment, sustainable development finance, and climate resilience strategy for infrastructure projects. Brings extensive experience bridging African environmental frameworks with international donor requirements and ESG standards.

Oversees all operational delivery at EAA Associates Ltd, ensuring project execution meets the highest standards of technical quality, regulatory compliance, and client outcomes. Specialises in environmental management systems, project lifecycle oversight, and building operational frameworks for large-scale ecological and infrastructure advisory engagements.
Senior Project Officer
Leads on-the-ground delivery of EAA's ecological restoration and biodiversity conservation projects. With deep field expertise in reforestation, native species recovery, and landscape rehabilitation, Dr. Taiwo bridges scientific methodology with practical environmental implementation, ensuring every project achieves its stated ecological objectives and regulatory milestones.
